Drafting & 3D Modeling

Want professional drawings? Whether it is documenting what is already built or drawing your dream, I provide drafting and modeling services at a reasonable cost.

Digital models allow us to “walk” through the project, explore sun angles throughout the day, and create a variety of images relatively quickly.

Construction Administration

Design work does not end with a permit. The project’s intent must stay alive as the building takes material form. Construction administration work may include inspecting construction, drafting details, and working out any changes with contractor and owner.

Building Permits

Getting the design and drawings done is only part of the process. Most building projects require engaging with the community development bureaucratic team. I am familiar with local codes and regularly permit work in Port Townsend and Jefferson County.
